This Legal & Privacy Policy explains the terms under which QuinSentia (“we,” “us,” “our”)provides services through our website, applications and the QuinSentia Network, and how wehandle your information. By using QuinSentia, you agree to these terms and to our handling of data as described here,

QuinSentia provides access to Subconscious Behaviour Engineering (SBE) services via telehealth and, in some cases, in-person sessions. Consultants on the platform are independent professionals, not employees of QuinSentia, unless explicitly stated. QuinSentia is not an emergency or crisis service and does not provide inpatient or primary medical care.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

To use QuinSentia as a client or consultant, you must:
● Be legally able to enter into this agreement in your region
● Provide accurate information during registration
● Use the platform in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards
Minors may only use QuinSentia where permitted by law and with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

3. Independent Consultants

Consultants are responsible for:
● Maintaining their own licenses, certifications and professional liability coverage
● Practicing only within their scope of practice and jurisdiction
● Complying with professional ethics, laws and regulations
QuinSentia provides technology, support, and a framework (M4 and SBE), but does not supervise or control each clinical decision.

4. Information We Collect

● Assessment and intake information
● Session and scheduling data
● Payment and billing details
● Technical data (e.g., device, usage, cookies)
We use this information to:
● Deliver and manage SBE services
● Operate and improve our platform
